Delivery Time

All of our pieces are designed and handmade in our workshop in Margate. Each listing is updated with the lead time for the specific piece. If you are ordering multiple pieces with different lead times we will go with the timeline for the piece with longest lead time. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking. 

If you need your piece for a special date in particular, we may be able to get it to you faster - just drop us an email at hello@billiegrand.com and we'll do our best to prioritise for you.

Tariffs and Duties - United States

We currently cover import tariffs and customs duties for all orders placed with us. The price you pay at checkout is the final price, and there will be no additions on delivery. This will be reviewed periodically and as and when the rules change.
