Returns + Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your jewels for any reason or change your mind, we accept unworn, as sold pieces for refund in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving. The customer is responsible for the postage costs and for the item until it reaches us and we strongly recommend you send the package tracked. Please include a note with your name and order number in the package with a request for refund.
Any bespoke, sample or sale pieces are final sale and are non returnable.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept earrings for return.
As all of our pieces are made to order, we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange for a different piece, the most efficient way we can do this is to place a second order and send the original piece back for return and refund.
All of our pieces come with a 6 month warranty. This covers any faults that may have arisen during the making process such as loose posts on earrings and clasps on chains. The 6 month warranty is void if damage is caused by customer mis use. This includes damage caused by perfumes, chemicals and general wear and tear. Any damage that occurs outside of 6 months cannot be repaired.
