What is your return and exchange policy?
If you have received a faulty product, we will refund the item in full. Please get in touch via email as soon as you have received the piece to let us know.
We offer repair or replacement of brainwave rings should they become faulty within the first 6 months of ordering only.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we’re sorry to hear that, however simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 10 days of receipt. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, this does not apply to earrings.
If you have chosen an incorrect ring size, we can resize the ring for you for a fee of £20. Please purchase the 'resizing' option and send your piece to Billie Grand, Joseph Wales Studio, 2a Dane Hill, Margate, CT9 1QP with the order number from your resizing including. The postage will be the buyers responsibility.
I need my order sooner than the specified lead time. Is that possible?

I want to cancel my order - can I and how?
Provided we have not started any personalisation on the order we can cancel it for you. Just get in touch by email and let us know. We will aim to respond within 24 hours to confirm the cancellation (or discuss any problems) and then we can cancel and refund you.
What is your jewellery made of?
All of our jewellery is made with 925 Sterling Silver, solid gold or 18ct Gold Vermeil. Gold Vermeil is the process of plating sterling silver, with a thicker, more hard wearing coating of gold. It is the best plating option you can get. We do not make jewellery in anything other than precious metals.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Sterling silver and solid gold pieces will not tarnish. Gold plated jewellery needs a little more TLC to preserve the gold as long as possible. We recommend removing the pieces before going in water, sweating and try to minimise spraying perfume/hairspray directly onto your jewellery.
I don't know my ring size, what should I do?
Please check our ‘sizing’ guide on the homepage and also within highlights on instagram. If you are still unsure then please drop us an email.
