Ring Sizing
Find out your ring size by using this chart of UK measurements and a tape measure. Simply wrap the tape measure around the base of your finger and use the chart to find out what ring size you are.
If you do not have a tape measure, simply use a piece of string, dental floss or paper. Make a mark where the material overlaps and measure the length.
If you are unable to measure at all, use the below as a rough guide -

Bangle Sizing
Bangles come in the following circumference sizes -
S - 19CM
M - 20CM
L - 21CM
To find out your measurement, hold your hand as if you were putting on a bangle. Bring all of your fingers together with your thumb and little finger touching. Measure around the hand at the widest point with a tape measure or a strip of paper. Be sure to pull the tape/paper snug.
